Malfunctions have been identified in the display of curves from Topkapi (all versions), with the files generated by the report module and on the call times of your remote management equipment. Our technical teams are currently working on the resolution of these problems. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Resolution of the call time shift problem

A procedure is available to correct the shift in call times of your remote management equipment if you are affected by this malfunction. In order to access it - for traceability and quality control reasons - we ask you to complete the form below. Thank you for your understanding. If you encounter a problem related to periodic call shifts of your remote management equipment it is a related effect to the curves & report malfunctions. Most commonly, you encounter the problem if you use the DB 6008 object (structured type) provided by us for connection management or if you have customised it.
We are currently working on providing an automatic application correction tool. We will provide it as soon as possible early next week.
However, if you can't wait, you can manually and operationally change the time set in each of the connection banners instantiated in your application.
Warning: if you change the times manually and then use the correction tool that will be proposed, you will have to change the connection times again to reposition them to the initial state.
